all vents, pipes or air conditioners. These seams must be covered with
Tape-Kote Roof Seal Tape before coating and we need to know how many
feet of tape you will need.

loose coatings or sealants that are not adhering well to the roof.
Flush clean and allow to dry.

Safe-T-Plex should not be applied below 10°C (50°F) or if
frost or rain is anticipated within 12 hours after application.
Remember that Safe-T-Plex is a "coating" not a "paint" and therefore

however, for $382.99 Canadian it seemed to be the best and least of all
options. It's a one time deal for 20 years. Not to mention the Company
is incredible. Any time I had a question and called the company they
do enough to help out. You don't see that very often these days.
T.J. Lilliman –
We had serious leak problems with
our rubber roof on our motorhome and were told by the dealer that we
needed a new epdm rubber membrane. My wife and I taped and coated the
roof in just one weekend using your products. That was twelve years ago
and we have had absolutely no problems since. We are trading in our old
motorhome, and will coat the new one right away as a preventative
measure. I highly recommend the Safe-T-Plex products. The folks at
Brentwood are great to deal with.

have yourself a fine day.
David Allison –
you so much for the effort
that you put forth and the special attention that you gave my
"little" order. Since it is supposed to last for 15 or 20 years, I
don't suppose that I will have call to be needing it again for a while,
will certainly be happy to recommend y'all to
anyone I meet with similar problems.
