  • Breaking Strength - 411 psi (ANSI 118.10)
  • Coverage: 32 sq. ft. per gallon @ 1/16" (Recommended Dry Film Thickness)

APPLICATION METHODS

Surface temperature must be at least 10 degrees C (50 degrees F). Do not apply this product if rain or frost is imminent over the next 24 hour period. Do not backfill until VB920 has reached a full cure.

For spray application use airless spray with a compressed air supply pressure of 800 psi., a compression ratio of 28:1, and tip size of .025”. Adjust fan width to 8”. For single coats of more than 1/32”, it is recommended that product be applied by airless spray.

If two coats are applied by brush or roller, apply second coat at right angles to the first. The first coat must be dry to touch before recoating, usually in the order of one hour. It is preferable to apply the second coat within 24 hrs after application of the first in order to insure good adhesion. Do not backfill until coating has reached a full cure.

VB920 is perishable if frozen in the uncured state. For this reason, VB920 must be shipped in winter using heated service. Uncured VB920 must be stored at temperatures above 4 degrees C (40 degrees F). Cured VB920 is unaffected by freezing.
