NoZorb® -  the Invisible Solution for Waterproofing Wood, Pressure Treated Lumber, Brick, Stone, Corrugated Pallets and Ceramics Conventional waterproofing systems use a combination of waxes and resins to prevent water penetration...but waxes and resins do not dissolve in water without a surfactant to emulsify them. Over time, usually about one year, the waxes and resins have worn away and the surfactants are left behind.  These surfactants actually attract water to the interior of the wood, causing it to swell, warp and crack. The cycle of annual re-application begins! Sound familiar? The NoZorb® Difference NoZorb® uses a surfactant that incorporates a crosslinking agent that reacts after the formulation soaks into wood or masonry and the water evaporates.  Crosslinking the surfactant destroys its ability to attract water and preserves NoZorb’s depth of penetration better than any solvent-based system. Completely Invisible Protection No-Zorb performs extremely well on all woods, including  pressure treated lumber. You can expect at least three years before recoating, provided that you apply the two coats as directed. Once it has dried, the product will not change the colour or appearance of the wood grain in any way...no shine, colour or darkening effect. You will not know that the product has been applied until you pour water on it. The protection is immediately obvious, because the water will bead up and will not be absorbed by the wood.

Environmentally Safe Protection for Wood and Masonry Most water based products currently on the market contain at least some organic solvent….but the zero-VOC, water based technology used to develop NoZorb® exceeds current standards without sacrificing performance or increasing cost. Application Instructions: Stir or shake gently before use. This product can be brushed, dipped or spray applied to the surface. Do not apply if rain appears imminent. Product should be allowed to dry for several hours before being subjected to rain. Unlike many other water repellants, this product can be over coated to provide even greater protection. Apply a second coat after a minimum of 30 minutes, but no longer than 6 hours. Mold and Mildew Protection for Log Home Construction NoZorb® contains an effective biocide which prevents mold growth and mildew. This product will perform well in dip tank applications.
