   1. The range of coating thickness we can deposit is .000050-.005  inch per surface.
3. What temperature can the coating withstand?
   1. The coating can withstand 550F constant temperature.
4. How hard is the coating?
   1. The coating standard is Rc60 but can be heat treated to Rc68-70.
5. Can you isolate the coating in specific areas?
   1. Yes, we can selectively plate or isolate the coating.
6. What color is the coating?
   1. The Poly-Ond coating is metallic grey in color.
7. Will the coating build up on the edges of my part?
   1. There is no edge build. The coating is uniform throughout the edges and corners.
8. How large of a part can you handle?
   1. Our weight capacity is 4000#.
9. What material can you plate with Poly-Ond?
   1. Steel, Stainless Steel, Brass, Copper and Aluminum
10. What is your typical lead-time?
    1. All-over Plating will take approximately 2-3 business days. Selective plating will take approximately 4-5 business days.
